Shift Leader

Coast Car Wash is currently hiring Full & Part-Time Shift Leaders for its new Charleston flagship store. Coast is a locally owned, state-of-the-art Express Tunnel that will be the first of its kind facility in the region to wash a wide variety of vehicles, such as Sprinter vans, dually trucks and standard vehicles through the same wash.

Applicants must have excellent communication, computer and time management skills. Car wash experience is not necessary. Mechanical and Computer Skills are a plus. Must enjoy an outdoor work environment and be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Shift Leaders will assist the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations such as: training, sales, safety, equipment maintenance, inventory, site appearance and overall customer experience.

Starting wage is $15/hr. Full Time Associates will be eligible for health benefits, vacation and holidays after 90 days.

Team Members will assist Shift Leaders in all aspects of day-to-day operations such as: training, safety, site appearance and overall customer experience. Must be a team player and coachable.

Starting wage is $11/hr. Full Time Associates will be eligible for health benefits, vacation and holidays after 90 days.

Facilities Manager

Coast Car Wash is currently hiring Part Time Facilities Manager for its new Charleston flagship store. Could turn into FT with benefits if desired. Applicants must have a proven maintenance background and excellent mechanical skills. Prior car wash experience desired, but not necessary - we will train.

Coast is a locally owned, state-of-the-art Express Tunnel that will be the first of its kind facility in the region to wash a wide variety of vehicles, such as Sprinter vans, dually trucks and standard vehicles through the same wash.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible preventative maintenance and light reall types of car wash equipment and water reclaim systems on a daily basis.

Starting wage is $20-25/hr. depending on experience. Full Time Associates will be eligible for health benefits, vacation and holidays after 90 days.
